Continuous high temperature brazing furnace is a continuous working heat treatment production line which is mainly used to control the forming of powder metallurgy products.The production line features advanced control, remarkable energy saving, easy maintenance and quality assurance.

Features

• Patented heating muffle is guaranteed for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and 3 years with lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
• Cooling muffle is under the examination and approval for invention patent, and guarantees the brazing parts will be bright and shiny without oxidation.
• Cooling section is equipped with heat exchanger, which greatly improves cooling speed.
• Automatic control with multiple protective solutions assure the safety of both furnace and operators.
